We’re so thrilled to be involved with The Regina Christmas Wish List project again this year!
Christmas is just around the corner and we here in Regina, Saskatchewan are incredibly blessed in so many ways. But in our midst are many people who are hurting, healing and in various levels of need. We believe it’s our responsibility to play a positive part in their lives all the time – but Christmas is certainly a special time where we can demonstrate love and generosity to those in need.
If you have never heard of Regina Christmas Wish List then please click here and read more.
Basically a local Church (Glen Elm Church of Christ) has taken this project under their wing and manages the simple process. A few simple steps remain for you.
1. Visit the website and read the stories.
2. Pledge Gifts (then purchase them, wrap them and deliver them)
3. Your gifts are delivered (anonymously) to real people in need and can change those lives immensely.
Hope. It’s really all about love and hope. Giving those who need a hand, a small token of love and hope may be enough to catapult them out of their current circumstances and into a physical, emotional (or possibly both) better place. The cost is low and the reward is great! We can’t think of a better action to take this Christmas.
So jump on board with friends and family, share the idea and the website with your co-workers or bosses, social groups or gatherings – everyone you know.
Let’s Bless those in need in our city this Christmas like never before!
