We’ve worked with Lana and the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association (SDA) for some time. We built their custom back end that handles member registration and even redid a new front-facing WordPress website for them several years back. We appreciate their business!
When we suggested to them some major improvements to their website, especially the whole back end of it where they administer tests and exams to all the SDA members, as well as assign requirements to each, track progress on those requirements and have open communication based on all that data, they were very excited and so were we. We knew the old system was due for a major overhaul and that we could save them a lot of time, effort and hassle as well as make the user experience for members much smoother.
That’s just what we did. We continue to monitor it and work with them through open lines of communication to see where we can tweak and fix and improve other parts of their process. Check out the new front-facing website – sorry unless you’re an SDA member that’s all you’ll get to see for now!
